1. General Information
All products sold through the https://store.nin9tails.com/ online store are subject to the following terms and conditions.
For other emirates minimum delivery AED1000 and within 48 hours
2. Return Policy
Kindly contact info@store.nin9tails.com for any purchased order that you wish to return.
We will be happy to refund or exchange any item that has been damaged or mistakenly ordered within 7 days of purchase and must have a valid proof of purchase (i.e. your original order receipt).
If you find your product has a defect upon receiving it, please take a photo of it & kindly send it to us at info@store.nin9tails.com so we can review the defective product. Products must be presented to us before proceeding with our return policy.
All returns or exchanges, particularly in clothing, pet bedding or accessories, should be done in person within 7 days from the date of purchase. We are open 7 days a week.
The items should be returned at our shop in Abu Dhabi and our staff will assist you with your concern.
If you cannot come to the shop for your exchange, we can also offer you a pick-up service with a pick-up fee of 50AED.
If you have placed another order with us & you should inform us in advance so we can pick up your return order at the same time as delivering the new order to you & after validating your return request, we can adjust the pick-up fee of 50 AED in your next order. We reserve the right to deny the return of pick up fee of 50AED if the return claim is invalid. Item(s) can only be returned to you in the same condition at the convenience of our carrier delivery team.
3. Our cancellation Policy
Buyers can cancel their order at any point unless the order has already been delivered; in that case, please refer to our refund policy. If the purchase of the product has been made online through a website, a refund will be made back to the buyer’s credit card. It will take at least 21 days for the refund to be transferred completely. Any entities paid for by cash or credit card machine on delivery will be refunded with a store credit or with an online gift voucher which can be used for hassle-free online shopping any time.
4. When we cannot accept returns:
If the returned items do not match our quality criteria or our return policy, then we have the freedom to reject the returned item(s) as mentioned below:
- When the ordered item is seen altered/ tampered or used
- When the item is purchased on sale
All refunds can only be made in-store credit/online credit. Credits will only be applied to an online account or can be redeemed in-store once the returned/damaged item has been successfully validated by the warehouse or shop staff.
5. Payment Terms
When setting your order, you will be asked to select a mode of payment for your goods.
We suggest the following modes of payment:
- Credit Card payment online
- Cash on delivery (Dirhams only)
All payments should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment, Nin9 Tails has the right to cancel or re-schedule the delivery of your order.
6. Delivery Schedule
- Abu Dhabi same or next day delivery
- Other 6 Emirates within 48 hours
For other Emirates minimum purchase must be AED500.
Once your order has been placed, provided all items are in stock, and the delivery time has been approved, your order will be forwarded within the next 24hrs. We presently do not ship overseas.
If you have placed numerous orders, we will try to merge your orders & deliver them all together, and you will only be charged one shipping fee. However, if numerous orders were placed at different times, a separate shipping fee will be applied since those orders will be shipped separately.

8. Delivery Policy
We deliver your orders on our specially developed temperature control vans with a large storage area to confirm that your order will be supplied to you in perfect condition. In addition, items which need refrigeration (not frozen) will be provided to you in iceboxes to confirm the temperature is well maintained during transit. Please note that we do not offer frozen or live items.
Any purchase that is below 100AED is subject to 20AED delivery fee. Delivery fee will be added to the total bill upon checkout.
All orders placed with our shop are subject to product availability and provided according to our delivery terms.
If there are any issues regarding your order, we will inform you using the number or email address you have provided us in your order details.
